General Questions
Yes! We are currently welcoming new patients. You can schedule an appointment online or call our office at (214) 702-1727. We recommend completing new patient forms in advance to save time at your first visit.
We accept most major insurance plans. Please visit our Insurance Accepted page for a full list. If you don't see your plan listed, please call our office — coverage can vary and we're happy to verify before your visit.
Yes. We offer post-hospital follow-up support after discharge, including medication review, instructions, referrals, and next steps. The office will confirm the most appropriate visit type when scheduling.
Please bring: a valid photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications and dosages, relevant medical history or records, any prior lab results, and completed new patient forms (available on our Patient Forms page). Arrive 10–15 minutes early.
Our office is open Monday–Thursday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM. We are closed Sunday. We are also closed daily for lunch from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM.
Established patients can request prescription refills by calling our office. Please allow 2–3 business days for refill processing. For controlled substances, a follow-up appointment may be required.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule — at least 24 hours in advance when possible. Please call our office to cancel, reschedule, or ask about appointment changes.
Yes. Dr. Adams coordinates specialist referrals when needed and stays involved in your care throughout the process. We work to ensure continuity of care across all of your providers.
For urgent non-emergency situations after hours, please call our main number — there may be an on-call option or guidance available. For medical emergencies, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.
Yes! Dr. Adams is fluent in English, Greek, and French. She brings a deeply cross-cultural perspective to every patient relationship and welcomes patients from all backgrounds.
Patient portal and secure messaging details will be provided by the office when available. Until then, please call the office for private health questions, medication questions, results, or record-related requests. Do not send private medical details through public website forms.
